By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Payment must be received in full before we process your order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and cash for in-store purchases. For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due upon completion. Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks to complete.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the handcrafted and authentic nature of our jewelry pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: • Change of mind or buyer's remorse • Sizing issues (please measure carefully before ordering) • Color variations in natural stones • Minor variations in handcrafted items We strongly encourage customers to: • Carefully review all product descriptions and specifications • Verify sizing information before purchasing • Contact us with any questions before placing an order The only exception is if you receive a damaged or defective item due to shipping or manufacturing defects. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Our jewelry is sold "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranties regarding: • Durability or longevity of the jewelry • Resistance to tarnishing, scratching, or other wear • Suitability for any particular purpose • Hypoallergenic properties (though sterling silver is generally safe for most people) Natural stones may have inherent characteristics such as inclusions, color variations, or natural fractures that are not considered defects but rather part of their authentic beauty. You acknowledge that handcrafted jewelry requires proper care and maintenance, and normal wear and tear is expected over time.

We ship worldwide via USPS and UPS. All orders ship at a standard flat rate of $10. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for: • Delays caused by shipping carriers • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer • Customs delays for international shipments Local El Paso customers may choose in-store pickup or local delivery within the El Paso metro area.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
